PLAYER OF SEPAK TAKRAW REPRESENTS DELHI
I, Bhuvan Kapoor (XI G) represented Delhi and went to Kohima, Nagaland, to participate in the 13^th National Sepak Takraw Championship. There were total 18 teams which participated in this Championship. We played three events – team event, regu event and double event. Ultimately, we took the third place in the regu event and in the double event but unfortunately we lost in the team event. It was a great experience to play with different state teams. We enjoyed a lot and now we will work harder and try to do better next time.

Students of St. Mark's Sr. Sec. Public School, Meera Bagh, participated in V Delhi Sepak Takraw championship 2007-08. In the Sub Jr. Category students of class VIII secured the second position. Members of the team were Bhuvan Kapoor, Shivam Sheel, Akshay Madan, Arun Sirari and G. Abhilash. 4 teams participated in the Senior and Sub Junior Boys category. The students of class VII were introduced to this game for the first time and it was a great learning experience for them.
