ORIENTATION PROGRAMMES
An
'Orientation Programme' for
the parents of the new entrants was organized on 12.3.2008 at school. The
programme was initiated by Ms.
R. Sethi,
Vice Principal followed by the Principal
Ms. A. Aggarwal,
who addressed the parents regarding the rules and regulations of the school. She
stressed on the inculcation of high ideals and moral behaviour. This was
followed by a short cultural programme presented by the students of class I. At
the end of the programme parents interacted with the respective class teachers
of their wards.
Another
'Orientation Programme'
was organized on 20.3.2008 for the outgoing students of class V. The programme
started with an introductory speech given by the Vice Principal Ms.
R. Sethi
followed by detailed information given to the parents by the principal
Ms. A. Aggarwal.
The programme concluded with cultural items presented by the students. Overall
it was a very informative programme which was enjoyed by all. It aimed at
informing the parents of the various changes that take place in the curriculum
from class VI onwards.
