Counseling is a facility available to all our school children to
promote their psychological, emotional and social well being.
The common problems addressed are:
1. Academically related, such as academic under
achievement.
2. Emotional issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety and
depression.
3. Conduct problems such as aggression and violence.
Some children found to be suffering from disorders such as ADHD
(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), learning
Disabilities and oppositional defiance disorder are provided long
term psychotherapy and emotional support. Special efforts are
made to help students with the above mentioned problems and the
slow learners too. Their parents are also called
regularly to school for counseling and guidance.
Career counseling is given to senior students they are helped to
make career choices keeping in mind their interests and aptitude
and necessary information regarding universities, courses and
